Unlike schematics, blueprints and design diagrams, block diagrams don't portray the essential detail for bodily structure. Block diagrams are made simple so as not to cloud concepts.
A block diagram is a visual representation of a system which utilizes easy, labeled cubes which represent single or many items, concepts or entities, connected with lines to show relationships between these.
